|Recommended: YesEagles West is a great place to live. — Super close to campus and a great facility.
|Recommended: YesI've lived here almost 4 years and have loved it. Though rent is high, you really get what you're paying for when it comes to location, maintenance, and the overall experience. This is a great place for anyone looking for a nice, clean one bedroom apartment close to campus and downtown.

|Recommended: YesGood — Now that office have changed the delivery function, I can't receive the message for delivery.
|Recommended: YesGreat staff and location somewhat pricey — Overall, I enjoyed it. Being close to campus is huge, and to have a place that's maintained well, close to campus, and safe is pretty rare. For all this, the price is on the higher end - 1618 for two of us in about 700 square feet, with utilities added on top of that, is starting to approach too much. The other big thing is that our upstairs neighbors party a lot and are extremely loud. They are always respectful and listen when I ask them to turn down the music, but then it just starts up again the next night.
|Recommended: YesI enjoy living at Eagles West because the staff is comprised of real people. For example, I work at a gym in town and Mary Nelson and Elizabeth both work out there and so I have gotten to know them through that and appreciate it. This is a relatively quiet apartment complex which was perfect for my senior year to really focus on school and grind it out. It is also very fairly priced and maintenance is timely and friendly. Since EW is so close to campus, people will often flood the parking lots during the week and on football AND basketball game days so if you have guests they need to snag one of the very limited guest spots and leave their car there for the entire visit. The towing company has a sixth sense for these lots too.

|Recommended: YesI love Eagles West It is super close to all of my classes and a prime location to live for game days. You can walk to the stadium in 10-15 minutes and don't have to worry about parking. Although sometimes the guest parking tag and lot situation is inconvenient, I appreciate the measures Eagles West and staff take to make sure that residents never have a hard time finding parking and always feel safe. I have never had any complaints, and the maintenance staff is always so nice.
|Recommended: YesI love living here and couldn't ask for a better place to live. — It is a very clean, safe, and easy place to live. The only difficulties I have are with parking when I get home from work but that is because I get off work at 3 am.
