• Credit or debit card via our secure Resident Portal, where you can set up one-time or recurring payments.

Our leasing fees include:

• $50 application fee
• $200 administration fee
• $100 security deposit
• All fees are non-refundable except the security deposit, which is refundable according to lease terms.

Yes, rent includes:

• Water
• Trash services
• Pest control.
• High-speed WiFi, provided via a monthly technology fee
• Residents are responsible for personal electricity usage.

Yes, renter's insurance is required. Each resident must carry a tenant liability policy with:
